Tyler is the Director of Credit Advisory at RBCx Banking, where he leads the Venture Debt practice. He and his team work hand in hand with growth stage companies across Canada, and are responsible for structuring and monitoring all venture debt financing relationships. Prior to joining RBCx, Tyler spent his career with Silicon Valley Bank in Boston and Toronto working with growth stage tech companies, providing capital to extend runway and achieve milestones while minimizing dilution to founders and early investors..
