Boris is a Director with Sampford Advisors, Canada’s leading technology focused M&A advisor. He joined the firm during its inception and has been involved in the vast majority of the firm’s M&A transactions to date.
Boris has extensive experience working with both strategic and private equity buyers and has advised companies in a broad range of verticals including software / SaaS, internet of things (IoT), technology-enabled services, telecom, and hardware, among others. Throughout his tenure at Sampford, Boris has been directly involved in over 30 successful M&A transactions with an aggregate transaction value of ~$1.5 billion.
