Eugene Bomba is a partner at PwC focused on the tech sector, advising clients on strategy, M&A, and financing. As a two-time startup CFO, Eugene has hands-on experience as an operator and brings a different lens as an advisor as a result. Eugene has led a number of financing rounds and acquisitions as a CFO, as well as a go-public transaction and a handful of other corporate development arrangements.
Eugene has been involved in tech and the VC ecosystem for the past 15 years. He is also an active Entrepreneur in Residence at the Ryerson DMZ and an advisor to several companies across Canada.
Eugene is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a BComm from the University of Toronto.
