Are you rescheduling the spring conferences that were postponed due to COVID-19? 

We are pleased to announce all spring events that had been postponed due to COVID-19 will be rescheduled in the fall of 2020. 

I had previously bought a ticket to a postponed spring event.  What happens now? 

All tickets purchased for postponed events will get a 100% credit towards any event in 2020 or 2021 (across all of our brands including The Business Transitions Forum, TechExit.io or SAAS NORTH). 

Will the program and venue of the rescheduled spring events be the same? 

We are doing our best to work with the speakers and venues to provide the original program.  There will inevitably be some minor content changes, but we can ensure that the quality will be the same. The rescheduled events will take place at the following locations:

What happens if I register and then get sick, or need to change my travel plans? 

Considering current and future health and travel concerns, we have relaxed our registration and cancellation policies.  If you need to cancel due to COVID-19, we are happy to waive our administration fee and grant a full credit for you to attend in 2020 or 2021.  We have also removed all substitution fees. If you have a question about this policy, please contact kat@cubebusinessmedia.com
