Rajini is a respected leader with an impressive track record from multiple industries of building cohesive teams and transforming organizations. She currently is the President of PureFacts, a WealthTech100 Company that provides wealth management solutions for the financial services industry in Canada, USA, and Europe.
As PureFacts President, she’s committed to building the strategy to scalable the business to a client-centric international WealthTech provider. She has a track record of building high performing teams and spearheading financial growth, mergers and acquisitions, operational effectiveness and business diversification to successfully transform companies. She will apply this expertise to help PureFacts achieve its vision of enabling “worldwide wealth” – a world where the opportunity to create wealth is accessible to all.
Some of her noteworthy career accomplishments include growing the multi-billion dollar commercial deposits business at RBC by ~40% during her tenure, as well as scaling a Canadian startup business into a $100 million-plus international organization during the recent economic downturn of 2008-2009.
Rajini is a strong supporter of diversity of thought and is passionate about supporting fellow women in business. She is on the board of Women of Influence and Earth Incorporated, and has published multiple relevant articles in Women of Influence. She’s also a community leader for Singularity University and a selected speaker at their alumni events. She was previously the Chair of RBC’s HR Diversity council.
Rajini holds an Honours, Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics, a Master of Business Administration from Schulich School of Business, and leadership training from Harvard University.
