Through his role in Lodestar, Razad enabled small and medium sized financial institutions realize the vision of effectively leveraging data within all levels of their organization for strategic and operational gains. By focusing on this underserviced market, Razad guided Lodestar into a successful technology company servicing banks and credit unions across North America. Beginning with an educational background in financial planning, Razad’s 25 year career journey has taken him through various roles in credit unions to lead positions at Fortune 500 banking technology companies. His unique experiences, combined with a strong passion for entrepreneurship, allowed him to take Lodestar from an idea to successful exit.
