I am the product/technology M&A lead at OpenText. My role involves identifying market segments and companies of interest, assessing the fitness of potential acquisition targets, and providing leadership in executing OpenText’s acquisitive growth agenda.
During my tenure, I have been actively involved in over 25 acquisitions and helped the company grow from $725M to over $3.2B in annual revenues. I have hands-on experience in profiling, diligencing, and executing acquisitions of all sizes, including multi-billion-dollar, publicly-traded corporations. I am considered a trusted advisor to the company’s C-suite and provide critical perspectives to inform M&A strategy and decisions.
