Chris Dittrich is an associate in Fasken’s Emerging Technology Group in Toronto. His practice focuses primarily on the technology and knowledge-based sectors. He regularly advises venture capital and angel investors on a variety of transactional matters.
Chris practises corporate and commercial law with a focus on providing start-up and emerging companies with a full scope of legal services. He advises clients in connection with a range of general corporate and commercial matters as well as transactions including acquisitions, venture capital, private equity and growth equity financings.
Prior to joining the firm, Chris was an associate at a leading corporate law firm specializing in services for technology and knowledge-based businesses.
