Jean-Nicolas Delage is the co-leader of the Technology, Media and Telecommunications group and specializes in intellectual property strategy for high growth emerging technology companies.
Jean-Nicolas often helps clients with intellectual property matters during commercial transactions. He participates in implementing patent pools in the wake of new standards adopted by standard-setting bodies and advises clients on intellectual property issues related to the standardization process, including FRAND licensing. He also contributes to developing intellectual property strategies and policies for research consortiums that include businesses, universities and research centres.
