Rich Hungerford is the SVP of Corporate Development at Hootsuite. He joined the company in 2014 and leads the team responsible for strategic partnerships and acquisitions. In the past year, Rich has driven the acquisition of Sparkcentral, a SaaS provider enabling the future of digital customer engagement through 1:1 conversational messaging channels, and Heyday, a market leading conversational AI platform. Rich has over a decade of experience building and growing SaaS companies. He holds his MBA from the Copenhagen Business School, and a BA from the University of Victoria.
