Ben is a business lawyer with over 25 years’ experience representing clients on M&A, private equity, angel and venture capital transactions, and a host of other complex business law matters, including complex industrial leases and shareholder and partner disputes. Ben is also an active angel investor and advisor, formally and informally, to a number of tech companies, with a focus in the medical device/life sciences, advanced materials and workplace/industrial safety space. For over 13 years Ben has been a Co-Chair of Tiger 21 in Vancouver.
