Brett Durante

Brett Durante is Director of Strategic Initiatives at CoolIT Systems, where he has spent more than a decade working across corporate strategy, strategic partnerships, business development and corporate development. Most recently, he was closely involved in CoolIT’s strategic evolution under private equity ownership and its 2026 acquisition by Ecolab, supporting the business through growth planning, transaction readiness and post-acquisition integration.

Throughout his career, Brett has worked closely with executive teams, boards and investors on the decisions that shape a company’s growth, positioning and long-term value. His experience spans strategy development, M&A, partnerships and organizational transformation, with a particular focus on scaling technology businesses through periods of rapid growth and change.
