Chelsea Lai is Director, Ventures at Roynat Capital’s Technology & Innovation Banking team, where she leads venture capital coverage and partners with leading VCs and growth-stage technology companies to deliver tailored debt and strategic banking solutions that support scale. Prior to this role, she held senior operating positions at Jeeves, an Andreessen Horowitz backed global fintech, where she supported strategy, payments infrastructure, and expansion across North and Latin America. Earlier in her career at Roynat Capital, she helped build and expand the Technology & Innovation Banking practice.
