Ha Nguyen

Ha Nguyen is a Partner at McRock Capital, a leading venture capital firm specializing in Industrial AI, with approximately $400 million in assets under management. McRock invests globally in companies transforming large industrial markets through AI, enterprise software, robotics, and digital infrastructure.
Ha brings more than 14 years of experience across venture capital, private equity, corporate finance, and entrepreneurship. Throughout her career, she has evaluated more than 4,000 technology companies globally and works closely with founders and boards on strategy, commercialization, fundraising, and governance.
Beyond investing, Ha is an active contributor to Canada’s technology and venture capital ecosystem, serving on industry boards and committees and supporting initiatives that strengthen entrepreneurship and access to capital. She is a frequent speaker on venture capital, Industrial AI, innovation, and entrepreneurship. In 2025, Ha received the Venture Capital Rising Woman Star Award from the Canadian Venture Capital & Private Equity Association (CVCA) and CIBC.
