Jordan is a seasoned Director of Global Investment Banking at Scotiabank in Vancouver, bringing over a decade of experience in advising companies on strategic acquisitions and investments. Specializing in technology and high-growth sectors, he works with clients on the evaluation and execution of transformative M&A transactions.
Throughout his career, Jordan has successfully executed transactions totalling over $25 billion, spanning mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies, equity and debt offerings, IPOs, fairness opinions, asset transactions and complex restructurings.
Jordan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Accounting (with Honours) from the University of British Columbia.
