Julie Bogle

Julie Bogle is a partner in the Corporate Capital Markets group at BLG’s Vancouver office. Her practice focuses on corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, general corporate matters, initial public offerings, corporate financings, corporate reorganizations and compliance matters. Given her focus in the technology sector, Julie is a member of the firm’s Digital Assets group, were she advises on go public transactions, securities regulatory analysis and tokenization strategies. Julie is the proud founder of the BLG Driven by Women initiative, which is dedicated to helping more women succeed in leadership roles, and she serves as the Chair of the Board for The Forum, a national charity supporting women entrepreneurs.
