Over her career, Lyndsey has designed and delivered cutting-edge leadership development programs for thousands of participants, has led team optimization and strategy sessions for hundreds of teams, and has coached countless leaders and executives across multiple industries. Lyndsey’s innovative approaches to culture building have likewise contributed to her former organizations being recognized as Top Employers, Most Admired Corporate Cultures, and Best Places to Work.
Most recently, Lyndsey held the position of VP People at a prominent Canadian SaaS company where she helped the business scale from 150 to over 900 employees and from ~$15M to more than $100M in Annual Recurring Revenue over 6 years. Previously, Lyndsey led the Talent function at rapidgrowth tech company in New York City. There, Lyndsey designed and launched an innovative portfolio of initiatives, including a comprehensive Manager Development program, a technology-driven goal setting and performance evaluation framework, and the introduction of in-house Performance Coaching to support on-the-job learning.
