Trish Redekop is a strategic leader in Canada’s innovation ecosystem, currently serving as Director, Entrepreneur Experience at Endeavor Canada, the national arm of the world’s leading high-impact entrepreneur network. In this role, she leads the nationwide selection process for high-growth founders and designs and scales experiential services that help Canada’s most ambitious companies accelerate, connect, and multiply their impact through global peer networks and curated founder engagement. Trish has been at the heart of Endeavor Canada’s journey since launching in 2021. Since then she has built the Entrepreneur Experience platform from the ground up, developing the systems, curated convenings, and high-trust networks that connect growth-stage founders with the mentorship, capital, and strategic relationships they need at pivotal moments. She oversees a broad spectrum of initiatives that support founders through rigorous venture evaluation, curated peer connections, and value-add services tailored to the unique challenges of scaling high-growth companies.
Trish works across industries and maintains trusted relationships with founders and their C-suite, from fintechs like KOHO and nesto to marketplace platforms like Busbud and #paid, helping them unlock access to capital, peer mentorship, and global markets. Under her leadership, Endeavor Canada has selected and supported a cohort of remarkable founders whose companies are shaping the future of Canadian tech and innovation.
Previously, Trish built venture forums across Canada’s innovation ecosystem. She spent half a decade screening technology companies (Seed-Series B) and building programming alongside capital providers and innovation leaders across North America. She then brought that lens into innovation ecosystem development at Calgary Economic Development, supporting the growth of Calgary’s tech and startup community before joining Endeavor. Trish blends analytical rigor with a people-centric approach, believing that entrepreneurial support systems should be as dynamic as the founders they serve. She lives and works in Canada, helping the next generation of founders dream bigger, scale faster, and pay it forward.
