Justin is an investor at OMERS Ventures based in the Bay Area focused on B2B SaaS. He currently serves as a board observer for Falkon, Occupier, Postal, and WorkRamp.
Prior to OMERS Ventures, Justin spent several years operating at both small and large technology companies across sales, customer success, and business operations. He spent 3 years at Slack as Director of Sales Strategy and Operations. During that time, he helped lead M&A integration efforts between the two different sales organizations. Before that, he was the first sales operations hire at Intercom and he began his career in tech as an early employee at Zenefits.
He holds a BA in Economics from Middlebury College. And outside of work, he’s an avid climber.
