Mike Lambrix is a Managing Director at Sampford Advisors and heads up US M&A from Sampford’s Austin, Texas office. Mike has over 18 years of investment banking and private equity experience in New York, Florida and Austin. While at Sampford, Mike has originated and executed dozens of mid-cap technology transactions across a wide range of software and services verticals. Mike started his investment banking career at UBS Securities in New York City in the Telecom, Media and Technology group where he facilitated over $20 billion of M&A and Restructuring transactions. Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, concentrations in Finance and Marketing, from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
