Nazim Ahmed

Nazim Ahmed is the Co-Founder and CEO of remx.xyz, a platform empowering creators to sell digi-physical products, blockchain based collectibles that unlock digital and physical perks.

With a background in Molecular Genetics, while working for the biotech company – Bio-Rad Laboratories, Naz switched gears in 2005 and has spent the last 18 years building digital products at the intersection of technology and creativity. 

One of his companies, CanvasPop, became a leading e-commerce brand in the photo to art space, growing to serve over 1 million customers around the world. Naz successfully exited Canvaspop in the summer of 2021 to Circle Graphics, owned by HIG Capital, a global private equity firm.

Naz lives in Ottawa with his wife Vanessa and their two children, Jayden & Elianna. When he’s not focused on building his business or supporting other entrepreneurs, he enjoys being a Hockey Dad to his son and a Ski and Dance Dad to his daughter.
