With over 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic finance and operations management, Sam brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to investing and operating companies in B2B software, technology, health care, and diversified industries. In his current role at Enghouse Systems, he is responsible for driving the company’s acquisition growth strategy. Prior to Enghouse Systems, Sam held senior acquisition-focused roles at several organizations, including: SAI360, SAI Global, Regimen Partners, Livingston International, and EY. Since 2012, he lead and worked on 19 successful transactions with more than USD 1 Billion in value. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Western University, and is a graduate of the Director’s Education Program at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.
