Allie Martel is the Founder & Principal of Analog Capital, where she is searching for a mature, Western Canadian business to acquire and lead. Her focus is on owners who care about what happens next: she works alongside them to build a transition plan and then carries the business forward as its next owner-operator.
That approach comes out of a decade of buying and building businesses. Allie began in investment banking at TD Securities, completing over $2 billion of M&A advisory, equity and debt transactions in the energy sector. She then spent five years at TriWest Capital Partners, facilitating over $800 million of private equity transactions and leading deals from the first owner conversation through diligence and close. She also served as a Board Director for The Fastener Group and worked alongside management teams across nine portfolio companies.
