With over 15 years in technology M&A and more than 65 completed transactions ranging from $5 million to $150 million, he has extensive experience advising mid-market software and technology services companies.
He specializes in SaaS, cloud platforms, and IT services, with particular depth in crossborder transactions involving global strategic acquirers and private equity firms. At Tequity, Anish leads engagements end-to-end, from market mapping and buyer positioning through negotiation and close, remaining directly involved throughout the process. What sets his approach apart is a focus on the details that drive valuation. He brings the same rigor to normalizing key operating metrics and building a defensible story as he does to managing a competitive process. Anish holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and is a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV).
