Ian Black

Ian is a Canadian business leader. He is Managing Partner at Rundle, an entrepreneurial investment firm making majority investments in Canadian companies (www.rundlepartners.com). Ian was a key leader behind several of the last decades’ most successful technology businesses – Uber, Uber Eats & Shopify – that helped millions of entrepreneurs build businesses online. For this work, he was named among Business Insider’s Top 100 People Transforming Business. Previously, he advised exec teams, boards and investors while at Bain & Co. Ian serves as a volunteer Board member for St. Michael’s Hospital Foundation, supporting their mission to provide compassionate care and solve some of the world’s toughest health challenges.
