JD Saint-Martin brings over 15 years of experience as an investor, entrepreneur and operator, with a background spanning venture capital, company building, and global go-to-market strategy. He started his career in finance and investment at GE Equity and Teralys Capital, before co-founding and growing Chronogolf, a Vertical SaaS company, to its successful exit to Lightspeed Commerce (LSPD:NYSE). He spent the following 7 years at Lightspeed where he became CRO & President of the company, leading Go-To-Market globally and taking the company from US$75M to over US$1.2Bn in recurring revenue. Today, JD is Co-Managing Partner of Boreal Ventures and is actively investing out of their second $60M fund, backing capital-efficient B2B companies across Vertical AI, Fintech & Insurtech, Industrial Innovation and Digital Health. JD also sits on multiple boards of portfolio companies and is the Lead Independent board member of Workleap.
