Miranda Ferris

Miranda Ferris is a Principal at Round13 Capital, a venture and growth equity investment platform based in Toronto, Canada investing in leading Canadian software and tech-enabled businesses. Miranda is actively involved in sourcing new investment opportunities and supporting portfolio companies, and currently sits on the board of Round13’s most recent investment, PocketHealth. Before joining Round13, Miranda was the Director of Strategic Finance at Q4 Inc., a capital markets communication software company, where she was an integral part of the IPO in 2021 (TSX:QFOR) and lead corporate development initiatives for the company. Prior to Q4, Miranda worked in private equity at ONCAP Management Partners, the mid-market private equity fund of Onex Corporation for over four years. Miranda started her career at Deloitte in audit and assurance and holds a CPA designation.
