– $75M+ in acquisitions closed — expanding product, geography, and customer base

– Finance, operations, legal & compliance, and HR — owned end to end, through hypergrowth and an exit
Before Certn: VP Finance for a multinational fintech (PayFac across North America and Europe), senior finance leadership within tech, and 7+ years at Grant Thornton in assurance, tax, and advisory. Dual CPA (Canada & US). I’m as comfortable in a board deck as in a diligence room or a lender negotiation.
Today I run the strategic direction of M&A advisory at Vibanc, leaning on my operational experience running numerous acquisitions in both a CFO and COO capacity. I also assist our clients in getting access to the capital they require to support growth through acquisition.
