Shikha leads Strategy, Investments, and Digital Assets at RBCx, where she drives strategic growth and innovation across RBC’s businesses and portfolio companies. She oversees venture investments in high-potential funds and startups, leads the M&A practice to acquire companies critical to RBC’s future, and forges strategic partnerships that help tech companies scale. She also heads the Crypto and Digital Assets team, advancing research and development in emerging payment technologies and shaping the future of Canadian banking.
Previously, Shikha co-founded Arrive, one of RBCx’s first in-house ventures, designed to help newcomers to Canada thrive. Under her leadership, Arrive scaled to three countries, supported over 200,000 users, and became RBC’s first pre-arrival newcomer service. Before RBCx, Shikha held leadership roles in digital banking, delivering solutions for a digitized financial landscape. With 15+ years in financial services, she brings deep expertise in strategy, digital transformation, and program delivery. She’s also a vocal advocate for women and underrepresented groups in tech and finance.
Shikha holds a BBA and MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management. A former international rhythmic gymnast, she now mentors young athletes transitioning into corporate life.
