Simon Mills is a Director at BDC Capital’s Growth and Transition Capital Group (“GTC”). GTC oversees $1.4B in capital under management and provides tailored and flexible capital solutions for tech founders as well as other entrepreneurs. GTC also provides senior and subordinated financing structures in various forms for buyouts. GTC has been instrumental partnering with bootstrapped tech entrepreneurs executing their growth strategies. Simon has significant experience working in M&A and corporate finance as well as private equity before joining GTC.
