Teresa joined OMERS Growth Equity in September 2019 — after having previously served with OMERS Private Equity, which she joined in June 2007. She currently leads the Growth Equity focus on healthcare across North America. Teresa also actively manages OMERS investments in Aledade, Innovaccer, Evidation and CEDA. Previously, Teresa was involved in several former OMERS investments, including Marketwired, Nordco and Logibec.
Before joining OMERS Private Equity, Teresa was with KPMG Corporate Finance, and was involved in acquisition, divestiture and financing mandates across various industry sectors. Earlier, she also worked in the financial institutions assurance practices of KPMG, both in Toronto and in London, U.K. Teresa is based in Toronto.
Teresa has a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Toronto and is a Chartered Business Valuator and a CPA.
