Petar is a Managing Director and Head of Tech Investment Banking for Canada at Stifel. During his +20 years as a capital markets professional Petar has worked at a number of the large Canadian bank-owned dealers. He has worked on numerous M&A and financing mandates for some of Canada’s most prominent technology companies.
His first career was as a software engineering post his graduation from the University of Waterloo with a degree in Math and Computer Science. Petar also holds an MBA from the University of Toronto Rotman School of Management.
